Our Piping System Delivers Superior Strength...

  • The proven industrial pipework system combining corrosion resistance, toughness and economy. As well as influencing system performance, pipework accounts for a large proportion of the total installation cost making the right choice of pipes and valves and fittings vital.

    Our standard DR25 has a pressure rating of 165psi (+/- 11Bar).  CIOD is Cast Iron Outside Diameter. This is so our pipes will be compatible with the pumps, valves, Iron, fittings etc., which are typically made to AWWA CIOD sizes.

    Designed for municipal applications, our piping systems deliver superior strength with corrosion resistant performance and the ability to flex without damage, municipal pressure piping systems are made with a high strength, high-impact PVC compound, allowing them to perform even under high traffic loads and deep burial conditions. For applications involving potable water, irrigation systems, or sewage forcemains, municipal piping systems offer the lowest break rate of any pipe material.

    We offer a myriad of PVC products ranging in diameter from ½" to 48", PVC pipes used for potable water transmission; Irrigation PVC pipe for agricultural and golf course applications; Schedule 40 and 80 Drain, Waste and Vent PVC pipe used in both commercial and residential plumbing systems and Gravity Sewer PVC pipe prevalent in water treatment.

    Pipe conforms to AWWA C905 with gaskets meeting ASTM F 477 and joints in compliance with ASTM D 3139.

    PVC water pipe has the long-term hydrostatic strength that meets the commonly accepted high safety requirements of municipal water systems. This pipe conforms to cast iron O.D.‘s and is available in DR 18 (235 psi) for sizes 14” - 24” in diameter;

    DR 32.5 (125 psi) and DR 25 (165 psi) for sizes 14” -48” in diameter; and DR 41 (80 psi) and DR 51 (100 psi)

    for sizes 30” - 48” in diameter.
